From proposal to your stand

    Choose how to support

    Send us the form with the package you're interested in, another format or your in-kind donation proposal.

  2. 2

    Sign the agreement and get the invoice

    We send you AVA International's sponsorship agreement to sign online. Once it is signed you receive the invoice, payable by bank transfer.

  3. 3

    Prepare your presence

    We coordinate the stand and brand material with you: high-resolution logo, leaflets for the reception desk or posters at the venue.

  4. 4

    Meet us in Paris

    Your stand will be on the lower floor of La Fabrique Belleville, a bright, spacious area next to the other sponsoring organizations.
