Practical information
Everything you need to get there, eat well and make the most of both days.
The venue
La Fabrique Belleville 18 rue des Lilas Fictives, 75020 Paris
A converted industrial venue in the Belleville area (20th arrondissement). Sessions take place in four rooms: the Grande Salle, Salle Seine, Salle Montmartre and Atelier Belleville.
La Fabrique Belleville is easy to reach from Paris's main railway stations: Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord are about 15 minutes away by metro, Gare de Lyon about 20 minutes.
Metro
The nearest stations are Belleville (Lines 2 and 11) and Pyrénées (Line 11), both a short walk away.
From the airport
From Charles de Gaulle airport, take RER B to Gare du Nord and change to Metro Line 2 towards Nation to Belleville. From Orly, take Metro Line 14 to Châtelet and change to Line 11 to Belleville.
Bus & bike
Several RATP bus lines stop around Belleville and Pyrénées, and there are Vélib' stations nearby. We recommend public transport: parking is limited.
The ticket price includes all main meals during the event: two breakfasts, two lunches and Saturday dinner. All food is 100% vegan.
Le Potager Vagabond
Signature, fully vegan cooking by chef Hugo Sauvage of Le Potager Vagabond, a plant-based caterer based in Paris. Original recipes with local produce, made for every palate and with special care for intolerances such as gluten and nuts.
Once registered, you'll receive the details by email together with the invitation to the AVAxParis app.
Travel awards
Open until 30 April 2027
AVAxParis offers financial support for activists who need help with the ticket, travel and accommodation in Paris. Awards are paid as a reimbursement after the event.
Awards are decided case by case and are only offered to people who live in France and speak French fluently (French nationality is not required). We want to make sure the event fully serves the movement in France.
Where to stay
Accommodation is not included. To be within walking distance or a few minutes by transport, look around Belleville, Ménilmontant, République, Canal Saint-Martin or Oberkampf. June is a busy month in Paris: we recommend booking early.
Accessibility
We want AVAxParis to be an accessible and welcoming space for everyone. If you have mobility, sensory, dietary or any other needs, write to us before the event and we will prepare with you.
When you register you'll receive an invitation to the AVAxParis app on Whova. There you'll find up-to-date information on the program, speakers, logistics, networking opportunities, important announcements and other resources.
